Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned in the original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

1. Email returns@hkfurniturestore.co.uk with your order number.

2. We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide instructions.

3. You may be required to arrange return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order products

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Assembled or used furniture
